Graduation Item Pick-Up and Technology Return Information

Dear Students and Families,  

As we are nearing the end of the 2020-2021 school year, we want to share important details regarding the pick-up of graduation items for Grade 8 students, and the return of any loaned technology to the school.  

Graduation Item Pick-Up
Each Grade 8 student will receive a graduation lawn sign that they may wish to display. Graduation lawn signs and gift bags can be picked up from Holy Family Catholic School on Thursday, June 24 between 3:30pm-5:30pm. Please arrive for curbside pickup. 

There will also be a graduation drive-thru parade and photo opportunity on Thursday, June 24 from 3:30pm-5:30pm. 

Technology Return Information
For students who received loaned technology from the board/school in the 2020-2021 school year, we would ask that you return these items on Tuesday, June 29, alphabetically by last name. The time slots are below:
A-L: 9:00am-11:00am
M-Z: 12:30pm-3:30pm 

Please enter at the main entrance. As a friendly reminder, please bring all power cords and accessories that were provided along with the device(s). Please note that assistive technology will not be collected and stay with students during the summer.  

COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols
We ask that one family member arrive at the school. Please ensure you complete the Ministry of Health COVID-19 self-assessment prior to attending the pick-up/drop-off and do not come if you answer “yes” to any of the questions or common symptoms of COVID-19. In addition, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping a physical distance of 6 feet between each other at all times.  

Virtual Graduation Ceremony
Graduating Grade 8 students and their families are welcome to join us on Thursday, June 24 at 6:30pm. A link will be provided the day of the event. Please check your email for the link.
