Tutoring Available to Students

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Ministry of Education has released a comprehensive plan to support learning in language and math for students in Ontario. Part of this plan includes tutoring for students. Durham Catholic District School Board, (DCDSB), is partnering with recognized companies to provide tutoring to students.

Important Information

• DCDSB students currently in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 are eligible to participate in this program.
• DCDSB will pay up to $500 per student for tutoring.
• Funding is only available through tutoring companies on approved list below.
• Students can only access tutoring at one company.
• DCDSB will reimburse tutoring companies directly. 
• Tutoring sessions must be completed by August 31, 2022.
• Tutoring funds are limited and will be accessed on a first come, first serve basis.

To arrange for a consultation and initiate services, contact one of tutoring companies on the approved list below. The company will require your child’s name, school, and OEN number found on their report card.
